BELLEVILLE, Unwell. — We now know what led up to the stunning tale of a toddler who wandered on your own out of his Belleville daycare.

A police officer wrote in his different report that the employee remaining driving informed him, “I was not feeling fantastic, so I secured the front door and was in the restroom for about 3-5 minutes. (The child) broke the cloth strap that assisted hold the doorway secured and went out the front door.”
