A new show celebrating a slice of hip-hop’s 50 year contribution to the style globe opened at the Museum at In good shape in Manhattan.  

It is a curation of outfits and accessories that has graced artists, audio films, red carpets and overall performance stages.

“Hip-hop design and style is fly, fit, and wonderful and it has been for 50 many years,” claimed Elizabeth Way, affiliate curator of costume at the Museum at In shape. “We want men and women to occur to this exhibition and understand how hip-hop design that started off as anything extremely concentrated in the Bronx or worn by an artist impacts how they gown each one working day.”
