A not-for-profit rooted in Ithaca is opening a retail hashish dispensary centered on creating equally a “boutique fashion” purchasing working experience for buyers and new work for people today with obstacles to work.

Aspire, which is owned by CWS Holdings I, LLC, will open up the Ithaca dispensary in spring or summertime of this year. Profits from Aspire’s sales will reward Challenge Workforce Options, an Ithaca-based mostly nonprofit company that will help folks with disabilities, material abuse, and involvement in the justice process find meaningful, inclusive work.

Aspire is the second hashish dispensary to announce options for opening in Ithaca in current months: in February, William Jane Dispensary Corporation declared it will open a retail retailer in the previous Trader K’s on the Ithaca Commons.
