Tulsa-based Stan Johnson Co. compensated $25 million for the Northcrest Village purchasing centre at 3044 Aged Denton Road in Carrollton. The 136,061-sq.-foot retail centre is anchored by Aldi and Ace Components and was roughly 85% leased at the time of sale. Margaret Caldwell, Patrick Kelley and Gill Warner of Stan Johnson Co. negotiated the sale by an Oklahoma-based developer.

An investor acquired a 30,100-square-foot business office constructing at 6340 Worldwide Parkway in Plano, Cody Payne of Colliers Intercontinental brokered the sale of the setting up, which was pretty much 90% leased.
